Alice smiled, deciding not to reply to the question. They seemed quite held up with eachother, as she snuk into the entertainment room. She entered the room and had a look at Camille. She smiled and limped up to her, placing her hand over Camille's shoulder. "You seem tense. Relaxe. I do not think they will hurt us" She paused, knowing they would. But nothing fatal, she knew that much. She did not want to worry Camille, as she gently patted her on the shoulder, before sitting down next to her, by the table.
Before responding to Jan's question, he took a long drag of his cigarette, tilted his head upwards, and blew it up towards the ceiling. "Well...", he said as he was dropping some of the ashes on the ground, "...My unit had been given some time off from the ongoing Intifada (a 'terrorist campaign' of sorts going on in Israel). Our services weren't going to be needed for a two weeks! I planned to visit some family, but...Oh", he stopped without finishing the rest of his sentence after seeing Alice enter the room. He was able to somewhat sympathize with her - moreso than he usually would've - after seeing that the 'abduction' had some effect on her.
Before he got a chance to say anything, two of the Lunar Eclipse members, Rand and Deuce seemed to exchange harsh words. "Calm down, girls", Amir said, accentuating his accent, "We don't need a catfight tonight".
He gave a nod to Alice, before returning to Jan, "...And you, King?", he said jokingly. He would've said something to her, but it wasn't necessarily routine for him to show his inside feelings. At least, not yet. Plus, she seemed to be busy chatting with Camille, who he hadn't seen much of yet, aside from her small stature.
Camill;e sat with her"O hi, Alice right?"She said"Iseen you before"She said. Her skin curled and shiverd when she touched it.She didn't like being touched, but she wasnt going to make a sean out of it.Her back relaxed"You neaver know, many don't like me ,all ready i don't know why."She spoke softly. Her eyes darted ahead.
Two soldiers walked up in front of Deuce. "No, you will not" They said strictly at a synchronised tone. They were two out of maybe twently in the lobby, all armed with sub-machineguns, model MP5. He raised his fist against Deuce and looked him into the eyes. "Go back to your group, soldier" He said calmly. "Walk back. The application will be done in a few days, and at that time you are free to exit the building" He said, trying to calm the man down. "You too, miss" He said, looking at Camille. "Back to the group"
Camille looked away her head turned she mocked them. They where clue less"Yall be ackin like some cow ona hot summer day and tryin not to be the yellow bellys you are"She aid,her softern south talk came back"Come i gess we can still chat in there."Camille said rolling her eyes, she didn't likebeing told what to do,exspeshle from guys.
Again ignoring the "King" comment, Jan went to his response. "I was actively engaging the Russians in Chechnya. Not a pleasant place, if I do say so myself, but anything to get back at those f*cking Russians." With this, Jan sat back in his seat and stared blankly at the TV. When the soldiers came in, he simply ignored them, thinking I wonder what stupid son of a b*tch had the bright idea to make them come in here.
Greg walked trough the hallway, shaking his head when he saw how the two soldiers gave Deuce and Camille orders to return to the rest. He walked up to the entertainment room and took a deep breath. He knocked gently on the already open door, before standing in the middle of the doorway. "LISTEN UP!" He roared, arms crossed. "I really hope you did not take my soft tone yesterday as a sign of weakness. I HAVE NO WEAKNESS!" He said sharp, but clearly had other things he wanted to say. "With that said, here is what will happen next:" He paused for a moment, looking at every member of the squad. All were not there, but it was not needed. They had to pass all rooms anyway, and he could bring them as they walked "Listen! Within this hour, you will EARN your personal accesories. By completing the next training session, you will recieve most minor personal things you had in your old home. You will be staying here for some time. These personal things are: Books, Letters, Communication devices, Pictures, Music, Recordings, Movies, Boardgames. All those small, cute little cuddly things you used for entertaining back home. IF, you pass the training. If not, we burn the stuff and you are sent away from Lunar Eclipse! This is the one training where you all HAVE TO PASS!" He slammed into the door with his fist. "Meet me in the briefing room. I am sure you remember that one" He said, walking down the hallway. He banged every door on his way "BRIEFING ROOM! NOW!" He roared as he passed every door, banging it. "IMPORTANT! BRIEFING ROOM NOW!"
Alice got up from her chair. "Well, I guess this is it" She said with a smile, limping out of the room and down the hallway.
"Russians, eh?", Amir thought. He hadn't had too much information of what the current status of 'Mother Russia' or Jan's former unit, he had far too many concerns in his own country. Despite this, he had heard of Chechnya, there was an ongoing military campaign there. Trying not to dwell too much on the subject, as Jan focused his attention elsewhere, Amir had been sitting there, continuing his smoke routine when the field commander came through the room.
He told them some things of their next assignment, and that their personal effects were on the line. Curious about what the session might be, Amir got up, and followed Jan.
The day had gone by as an iridescent, faint blur for young Hazel. She was tired, bruised, and burnt from the training session, yet her spirit would not break. She hadn't used much of the time given for socialization...a pity on her part...but she had gotten a good view of everyones abilities, as she hung back behind the others.
Upon hearing the announcement to head to the briefing room, Hazel began walking slowly, thinking about the team as she did. She would keep her eye on Amir...he was an interesting one. As where Alice and Duece. And that Royce, she hadn't a clue about what he was like. before she knew it she was at the door. With a deep sigh she entered and took a seat beside Duece, smiling kindly at him.
Hazel too briskly skanned the room for the insane drill seargent, and then smiled back, closing her eyes momentarily.
"Yeh, tell me about it. This PT uniform is ok for a few hours, but 24/7? its driving me crazy. "
She said, looking down at the baggy sweats and tee she wore. She yawned then, and pushed a peice of dark blonde hair behind her ear, and away from her face. It was getting late, and today had been quite eventful. She peered up at the other person now, and smiled brightly.
" I disagree.."
She flashed Duece a knowing smile then looked back up.
" If you don't mind, who are you? "
