We are guiding this man," Sobieski said, pointing to Johnson, "to the base. If we split up, it doesn't help at all. If he isn't with the group that finds the base, all is for naught. The group will stay together, but we may go your way, Deuce, if you see it fit."

"The safety of the team comes first in my book. Especially out here, we don't know if there are runner here." Deuce stopped moving and looked out ahead. "Besides.. a court marshal won't go through if it is for me.. they have tried." He lets out a sigh going back into an old memory. He turns around and heads back to the unit. "Permission to scout ahead sir?"

"Anything can happen, Deuce. You are right about the safety of the team, and your permission is granted. However, if you wish for short range assistance, Rand will not be accompanying you. He will be lucky that I do not court martial him for assault. You may go ahead alone, or select another soldier to accompany you."
Deuce stood infront of everyone and spoke loudly. "If anyone would like to accompany me step forward now. I will be leaving now so make up your mind quickly." He truned around and started to walk away with his rifle in hand. "Oh and Commander if I get into any kind of trouble I'll fire three times."

" first of all i never made a threat it was a clear question, Would the real only way to stop would to kill you ? thtas all i said. second i didnt raise my weapon toward you i got comfortable holding it up, im sorry if im that intimidating" He looked at Duece " well id like to go with him. Hes the only person i would like to work with since he would need cover and at this point no body really looks available. So not to waste anymore time Sir i think it would be best for all if i went with Duece." HE said as will a serious look on his face. "Besides i was always in close combat so i know how it is from the start. And now Duece is far in there and he needs somone with him NOW"
