SSC Ultimate Aero!

Oh joy of joys! First the Bugatti Veyron and now this?!?! A car that is predicted to reach a top speed of 270mph! They've done testing on one stretch of highway, but it was bumpy so they had to limit it to 230. A-mazing! Can't wait for it to hit the salt flats!

The Viper is a pretty car, and a pretty fast car - but it's definitely not faster than an Aero - not by any performance specs that I could find...

John Hennessey sells 1000+ hp Vipers for sale. Jason Heffner does also. I was hoping the SSC would break the record

So, some recent information I found out about the speed test it did where it got to 230: Apparently they only got to 230 because the road they used was rather bumpy. They are apparently going to the original road they had intended to test it on (it had been covered in snow so they had to take the bumpier choice). And the best part of this ridiculousity? When they were going 230 on the road, they were using only half throttle.
