There are two different Spectre's. Spectre at his full power is only needs a stong human host and to be in the will. If your talking about Spectre tapped into the source, That would be difficult. Lucifer doesn't give two shits about the Source's power not the spectre. I'd say it would be a stalemate with Merged Spectre.
