There is no Current Mongul he is dead the Mongul we see in comics nowdays is only his son.

I've noticed.

Namor didn't really one-shot Hulk. He had to first use a whirlpool to deprive Hulk of all oxygen, which basically wsa his Archilles's heel in the day. He once immediately fell unconsious when he burrowed underground and quickly ran out of air. Thing has also once one-shotted him when Sue put a force-field around his head to suffocate him.

To be fair everything there was in Namor's favor and current Hulk survived reentry into a planets atmosphere without taking much apparent damage.
