What nintendo of America said (how to insult your intelligence and pimp their shit): Hello,
I'm sorry you have experienced problems with your copy of Zelda
Collector's Edition for the Nintendo GameCube system. Unfortunately, that
game is no longer produced by Nintendo. As such, we are unable to provide
service (repairs, replacements, etc.) for them.
To keep playing the game, you might consider the secondhand video game
market. This includes retail stores that deal in used games, pawn
shops, garage sales, and auction websites. For additional help locating
secondhand products, please visit the following web page on our site:
http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/retail/index.jsp#oldproduct
Another option you might want to consider is upgrading your system.
Through the Virtual Console feature of our latest home system, Wii, users
are able to download games originally released for the NES, Super NES,
and Nintendo 64, as well as the Sega Genesis and TurboGrafx. Classic
games are added to the Virtual Console each and every Monday. Please
note that in order to take advantage of this feature of Wii, you will
need to have high-speed Internet access. For additional details,
including a listing of games that are currently available, please visit our
website at the following address:

Sincerely,
Nintendo of America Inc.
