Everyone does. That however, does not mean you have to defend yourself in physical force. The human was blessed with an advanced mind- I just think that more people should use it, rather than relying on muscles, which is not the prime source of force for a human.
You are cornered in a dark alley with 4 guys holding a knife on you,you can't scream nobody will hear you,you don't have a phone, you know you can easily take them down, what do you do?

We gonna have to start fighting?

Fight them, of course. That is a stupid counter to make. Sol Valentine has a choice, but if you are cornered by armed guys and no way out, you do not have much choice.

I have made my choice. But dammit all if he's absent.

You just said people shouldn't use physical force.
He really doesn't have a choice.

I was talking about Sol Valentine's and similar situations. Not an overall way of defense. Of course one should defend oneself physically if that is your only option- that is obvious and doing something else in the situation that you brought up is just stupid.
But Sol Valentine DO have a choice.

I know you have.

Ugh. I must get rid of this anger.

A choice of telling teachers that don't even care and then be made fun of by everyone and end up fighting anyway?

Grab a pillow, or start kickboxing or something. Anger can be managed in multiple different ways, and while you take your anger out physically on- for example exercise such as boxing, kickboxing, or maybe just plain running and exercising- you could always leave your mind to take out out of situations you have not yet gotten yourself into.

That is one choice, yes. Not that I see how that ends up in a fight, but that is one option. And if nothing else, a chance.

I must take it out on him.

You must not. You want to- but it is still optional.

taking my anger out on a pillow won't have the same affect on me kicking the shit out of him.

No. Neither will it have the same concequences.

Huh?

The talk about not fighting.

And why exactly did you expect it? Could it possibly be because you know that you do not have to fight.

Y'know, cause I get the talk everytime.
