Hot porn on public computers.

Yessir, I just read a humorous bit of news in our school's newspaper about a debate on whether or not Internet filters should be implemented into the campus's computers.

The idea to use filters on the campus network brought about the most comments, including a story from [David] Lange about how his class was distracted by a student in a next-door classroom who was viewing pornographic material in a campus computer lab. Lange pressed a piece of paper to the glass separating the classrooms, asking what the class the student was viewing the material for and the student ran away, he said.

As for the thread itself:

Have you ever witnessed someone looking up pornography on a public computer? (Or, have you yourself ever looked up pornography on a public computer?)

Do you think that Internet filters should be installed in public computers to prevent people from looking up pornography on them?

If someone wishes to view porn, they should go home and do that.

I don't think we need public filters.

Public humiliation should be enough.

Hello. People have sex in public libraries. Porn is not that bad. Humiliation.

If I were I librarian, I'd go up to the person and say, "Sir, pronography is not allowd in the library" and watch everyone turn and stare at him.

I've never looked up porn on a "public" computer, but that's because I've always had a computer at home to look at porn, but I'm pretty sure that you can find porn despite the internet filters. On top of that, I think "public" porn is not really a big deal.

I work at a hotel, and guests have used our computer room to look at porno. I know this for a fact because I have had to clear the cookies many times so the kids can use the computer without accidently coming across porno. Some of the guests have even thought they were funny by making a porno picture the wallpaper and even the screensaver. (what loosers).

However, I like porn looking watching hearing about and yes I even read my husband's playboy magazines there are some great storied in them.

But yes I think the filters would be a good idea. If you wanna look at porn on a computer do it on your own computer.💃

I have internet filters at my school and they are no fun. They breach basic ****ing rights by blocking some of the most normal sites. In fact they even block some educational websites. I think Alliance said it best, humiliation is the best tactic, seriously.

Porno sites should be blocked at public facilities just for being virus prone. Most people whom operate public computers have very little respect for the machines in the first place.

Every website is virus prone....and spyware prone...just get an anti viral and spy blocker, and you're good to go 😉

not as much as porno sites. The newest trojans viruses and spyware are usually always linked with porno sites and e-mails. I say just get an apple so you dont have to worry about viruses in the first place. then every public outlet can be virus free while the kiddies search for the hairiest bush and longest dong.

Too bad macs suck...

No they don't....Macs are way better than PC, especially for Artists
