A. make respect threads/respect characters/active in that forum or b. contribute a lot in that same fashion.

You just have to write me (by PM) a short summary about yourself, who your favorite comic book character(s) is and why, and your history of reading comics/ what got you started etc...

Once you submitted that, i'll ask you a few questions over PM. Then a panel will judge all that. 🙂
