its stil better than what i remember when i was young. the main event was a big name against some random young wrestler. it was only the summerslams and wrestlemanias and other big events that were worth watching. did anyone watch one night stand then? i thought there were some good moments, and some bad. big show taking over teh one match was impressive and how he should be like more often.

i'm sorry... but cm punk isnt that great a wrestler. his finishing move is one of the worst i've seen for a couple of years. hes basicallty on there anyway as they've half merged ecw and smackdown, what with john morrison and the miz having the tag titles.

I agree. Edge is one of my favorite wrestlers and when he was moved to Smackdown, I was willing to give the show a chance. Sadly, even though I still like Edge, I never watch the show. The only thing good about Cena going to Smackdown is that he wont be taking up air time on Raw.

i just dont buy it. lift someone on your shoulders, thwor them in the air and knee them. not being funny, but cm punk cant pick up some of the bigger wrestlers, so hows he gonna use it? i just dont think its that good a move.
Agreed, wwe/wwf has lost charm....No Bret Hart, No Hulk Hogan, No rock, No Austin, No Lesnar and Goldberg....Ok we still have the Undertaker and Shawn Michaels and we have Cena, the Game HHH and Edge...but the others are incompetent and have failed to fill in the shoes of the greats....Honestly speaking the story lines are also so boring and now that taker has taken a break Smack Down is all the more boring..Night of Champions is just 7 days away and I don't want to see a PPV without taker, Hbk and Ric Flair...and please don't make Batista the Champion...

They just need to make cooler matches and kinda break out of the box alittle in the storylines.
the guy i see with potential is Mr. Kennedy.
i really want him to get a push. he was supposed to get one in the "bastard son" storyline.

i'd love to see big show have a bigger push, since hes been back hes shown that his character and mic skills have been pretty good, and its always fun watching a 7'+ guy throw people about. except the mayfield fight. that was crap.
batista to make a heel turn, that way we can hate him for more reasons than we have now, edge to sort out the whole vickie guerrero thing. because, shes a bit of a munter.
Nah, I think it was done to end the money give away segments. At first I thought it was the Undertaker (whos coming back
Spoiler:) but seeing as how the money thing didnt drew ratings as expected, it was a way to end it.

The draft this year was huge. Triple H/Jim Ross, Batista, Rey Misterio switching brands was huge. I wonder how long before Triple H switches back. Im also interested to see if the ratings improve now for SD.
