Triple H, when he heals, needs to get the belt again.
well, first i think cena should lose the title to orton. then orton should eventually lose it to triple h. but i think that triple h should earn that belt, meaning that he works out like a madman before summerslam and actually looks good when he returns.
i mean, he really didn't look good back when he was fighting john cena a year ago. compared to cena, he's a fatty but he didn't used to look like that.
look at the comparison:

that's no excuse 😠 ! if you're gonna take your shirt off, u haft to look good. especially for him because his character is supposed to intimidate his opponents.
he can't just right a diet and exercise book while looking like crap in real life. i've seen guys in great shape and they're in their mid-late 40's.
he can still get ripped. he just has to work out and not eat pizza and ice cream so much. it's not about his age.

Also, i don't know the exact dates the first pictures were taken, but he's had quite a few injuries... minor and major, which will affect his training.

ya, but he can at least diet better and maybe take a fat loss pill. he doesn't haft to work out insanely like he used to but it's still possible for him to look good.

he's hardly fat... his muscles just become less defined because of the slowed exercise...
You're acting like he's turned into a McDonalds muncher.

umm, muscle can't turn into fat. that's a myth. there less defined because the body fat % has risen a bit.
maybe i'm exaggerating with his diet, but the point is that when you don't burn as many calories as you normally do (like not working out as much), those calories become stored energy. adults need to exercise to burn calories, unless they have a super fast metabolism.
if he can't work out as much, fine. but he at least needs to cut a few calories out of his diet to get back to his old self.
example: if a 40 year old guy eats 3000 calories a day and doesn't do anything but sit around and continues this for a month, he will gain weight (in fat), assuming a lowered metabolism can't burn all 3000.
but if an athlete is eating 3000 to 3500 calories a day while lifting weights and doing cardio, he will cut his fat % and possibly increase his muscle mass.
getting ripped is all about burning more calories than you consume and putting the calories to good use.
