Whats an Appropriate age gap for a relationship.

When one person is fifteen? I'm asking because of some posts I observed in the OTF.

Five years really isn't that big of a deal. The only reason it seems so bad is because she's so young, being only 15. If she were 23, and he 28, would you mind it?

My personal age limit, however, is two years above and below.

I am not making personal opinions about this. I'm asking you what you think?

I'm sure no one in this instance has had any kind of sex, i don't know if they did in that one. Anyone know the European laws on grooming and adults meeting minors (under 18's) of the net?

Oh, I know, that's why I asked you if you would mind it or not; to hear what you think.

I actually think an innocent meet is fine. I would ask the question how much in common a 15 year old has with a 20 year old? In real life not a forum! But you can't control who you fall for or get on with always.

Did you mean to say "get it on with"? If so, yeah, you can.

5 years doesnt amount to much of a generation gap. thats if your speaking in terms of whether or not they could relate to eachother and regard eachother as peers without slipping into one of those parent/child type relationships

Well you get 21 year old teachers in England teaching 15 year olds.

Yes you can control that.... But I'm talking about get on with. As in friends. If you were 20 would you have sex with a 15 year old?

If a girl is 15 then a 2 year limit max, once she hits 20 though, I'd say 4-5 year gap is acceptable.

Teacher/student relationships are a whole different ballgame. Just like doctor/patient relationships.

So you think 15 year olds with 20 year olds is O.K. thenas long as the 20 year old is not in a position of authority?

Is this for friendship or sex? Because in Britain we have an issue with underage sex compared to the rest of Europe. In fact foreign waiters etc. see our girls as easy!
