How heres why i say stalemate Metal.
Carnage can throw/release parts of his symbiote. Reds reflexes can allow him to dodge or block them. Now if Carnage doesnt release part of the symbiote and tries to suffocate him, Red can activate the Death Factor draining Carnage's life force.

I don't think Cyber will just stand there while Carnage tries to get his tendrils around Cyber's head.
He will rip apart any tendrils near him with his adamantium claws.
Carnage can't just easily suffocate a guy as tough as Cyber.
Now, with Omega Red attacking him, Carnage has almost no chance of suffocating Cyber.
meh, carnage is stupid.. but all things considered there's too many variables to take into account here to declare a true victor...
there's no way of telling if cybers toxin would work on the symbiote.
no way of proving this uber healing factor cyber's supposed to have.
and no way of proving that omega red's spores would work on carnage either.
You can't call a victor for this fight otherwise...
If the weapons of the team work on carnage they win. if the weapons don't, the probably get creamed.
