We just need 2 more votes on both matches and we can move on to the next round.
However, if it's this difficult just deciding winners in this round there's not a foreseeable manner in which we'd be able to have the next round up by Monday. We still have a lot of things to do as judges.
I'm willing to step up and take on more administrative responsibilities if necessary Goob (posting matches, etc). Just say the word.

I think Judges need to be careful when they're voting, and make sure they're voting on debating, and not who they personally think would win in a fight. Not pointing fingers, I meant to make that point a while ago, but forgot.
The fights are 20% debating and 80% character based IMO. I mean, some fights are so apparently lopsided to one fighter that they really don't even need to say a word.
Going on debating skills is like saying that in a "Superman v Wolverine" fight, if a person says wolverine wins and his debating skills are better than everyone else, then wolverine wins. It's wrong to do it there as well as here.

Pig's got a point. You do have to take the character's abilities into count in your decision. It's proving they can use the abilities that's part of the challenge. 😈

This is a debating tourney... thus, we should judge on debating.
Obviously, character picks are taken into account, but my main complaint is when I see judges saying "Also, I think this might be a problem for Debator A", or "Not to mention, Debator B could also do this", when such arguments were barely, if at all, mentioned at all in the debate.
