what i don't know is how did one of the phelps twins hair grow so fast? plz answer.

i know one of them cut his off. they finished filming in october and in ootp they both had short hair and what i want to know is how come its already grown to about the length of Poa.

by the way this pic is a couple of months old or summat like that, so now its probably even longer.
