Champion and Lobo (i actually don't like Lobo)

Champion of the Universe is locates the power gem on a planet, however there a bounty for the gem which lobo wants to collect so they eventualy fight.

Champion beats seven shades out of Lobo until the sheer number of clones overwelm him which he then deciedes to hold the power gem then a) pushes the planet into the sun or black hole
b) destroys the planet with a single punch

Elders of The universe vs The God Heads

Ahninalation Entropy?
Cosmic war beween DC and marvel cosmic characters
enemies and allies made form either side

Batman/Logan Joker and old school Creed
Frank Miller and Marc Silvestri old school art

Batman/Punisher a longer Hush story line but with Punisher, Kingpin, Jigsaw and Bullseye

I'd kill for a Surfer/Martian Manhunter crossover, where they'd mope about, until Surfer picks up with his cosmic awareness that a rupture has been made in the phantom zone, and multiple kryptonians broke free.

Numerous superman types attack Earth, and all of a sudden a spacial warp appears and Surfer and J'onn zip through.

J'onn and Surfer go toe to toe and appear to be losing due to the numbers game, when Superman comes up from below.

Oeming is writing, for the sheer blockbuster appeal.

Maybe, but I don't think Doop would be in a crossover between the Authority and the JLA... it wouldn't be fair.

Yeah,Detective Chimp would think Doop was moving in on his territory....

The resulting battle could bring down comics as we know them today.
