Maestro barely killed anyone. A BOMB killed most of Earth's heroes and villains. Maestro mopped up the pieces.

I doubt Maestro can put together the kind of prep to BFR General. He never struck me as smart enough for that. Plus, he shouldn't know much about General, since General is DC and he's marvel. 😛 General 10/10 in a fight, 9/10 if Maestro manages to cobble a dimensional portal up for BFR.
