Actually Quicksilver's speed was initially about 760 mph & it was then
upgraded to 3800 mph. (mach 5 = 5x the speed of sound). Now he
can vibrate his atoms so fast that the molecular speed he generates
places him out of our 'normal' space-time. He is also reputed to be
have a strength level of 1,000 pounds. He is also trained in combat
martial arts by Capt America.
Hulk's sonic clap only travels at the speed of sound & whilst he is
exceptionally fast for his size I doubt that he get his hands on
Quicksilver. He could of could smash the ground and cause a #
of problems for Quicksilver or may even land a wild punch.
Quicksilver's blows landing at a speed of 3800 mph on a precise
part of Hulk's body may have some effect. But given Hulk's near
invulnerability its hard to say what if any impact his punches would
have.
