I was suggesting it mainly based on his versatility and teleportation powers (he can teleport himself or anyone else anywhere in the entire universe just by looking at them). He also has matter manip, interstellar (FTL) speed, ability to fire multiple forms of energy, energy manip (Shassa was draining his own power and using it against him and he reversed the effect and beat her), size change, regeneration from tiny bits, shapeshifting, physical strength enough to knock around the First, etc.

All that plus his planet busting should put him at a solid high Herald

Versatility isn't enough you have to show where his power levels are greater than Black Adam and Captain Marvel. Basically you've got to show he is as strong as Superman.

It's a tough thing to do and is the way it is supposed to be High Herald is supposed to be very hard to reach.

Physical strength really isn't his forte, but the fact that he can take out First easily (and even average First are at least moonbusters and many are planetbusters, with teleportation abilities comparable to his own, as well as their own senses, molecular manip, etc.) speaks something.

In addition Qztr has powerful telekinesis, he immobilized a group of powerful enemies all at once (including Sigil - bearers), and he was able to multitask while doing so, he suspended a guy in midair and ripped him apart with TK, and his TP isn't bad either, he read Komptin's mind across interstellar distances.

Well, it's not just about who can beat who, because then Hulk wouldn't be ranked as high as he is. Nor is it about versatility it seems.

Either way, it's just wrong to have Nova ranked at low herald when he can easily hang with the big guys.
