A year from now? A year from now, U. Mags might be Transcedent for all we know. There's a lot in regards to comic book power levels that can change in a year.

But Firestorm is at Mid-Herald, and most legitimately thought that's where he belongs. Matter manip doesn't = high herald, because most of them (and some mid's as well) have that too.

That wasn't an argument for Firestorm's placement -- It was more an 'in general' type statement...

As Val said above,

We have no way of knowing where said character might be power-wise in the months to come -- All we should judge them by, are established showings.

Firestorm should be high herald. He's powered up by being merged with firehawk. And He beat an amped kalibak who beat orion. And he beat Kalibak merged witht he professor. And if you notice the scan, Firestorm stood up to DS wave with his hand while orion and miracle fell. Firestorm still got pwned< but he is high herald for sure.
