I thought id have been banned by now, so i thought it was worth the try. According to the previous page the Doctor is still in the 'Transcendant' category. I don't think he'd murder the Silver Surfer, by any stretch of the imagination, or even Hal, Kyle or Killowog. Firestorm would give him a run for his money as well. 🙂

Surfer could hold his own. But he's at the top of the High Herald.

And I'd still give The Doctor the healthy majority. Seriously, turn off PIS and he's clearly above herald level. He's on a team with multiple herald-types and is far and away the most powerful. And his feats speak for themselves.....take them together and there's no way he should lose to a herald level without a plot device or some horrible writing.

Digi most of the characters in the Herald department, especially Kyle have performed feats WAY beyond the Doctor.

The Doctor has also been beaten by a few of characters who aren't really anywhere near the Herald or Transcendat levels. He's never performed Galactic feats on par with Strange, and has the problem of slow reactions, and low durability. 🙂

Not trying to drop superman, but i gotta address a few statements.

Cap Marvel has beaten groups of possessed heroes( those rare times that he's around, that is) and does that mean he's above the rest, ala Superman?

Gladiator doesn't compare to him?

He doesn't equal him, sure.
But he doesn't dwarf Gladiator, and i'd call you silly to say otherwise.

Gladiator fought Hulk, did well, was disoriented by a thunderclap to the ears, and then got laid low when a major plotdevice was introduced to the story.

Same would happen to Superman, back when the story was written. This was when Kryptonite was an actual threat.

And lol at Gladiator getting knocked down by someone keyed into their own damn near universe of kinetic energy being a bad showing.

Flash goes past lightspeed and drops an imp on someone uber, and it's all the rage, but someone who works along similar lines does the same thing, and he's hot garbage?

Not to mention, he wasn't even really hurt iirc......low showing indeed.

This gross exagerration of Gladiators low showings really get me going.

😆

Kallark was beaten even before he and Hulk reached the nuclear plant site. Radiation was the final nail in the coffin, however even before then he was getting his ass handed to him, and you'd be lying to say otherwise.

If you don't think losing to Cannonball was bad....

He's been punked by Gambit's playing cards, and he's been stalemated in strength by Colossus.

Close to Superman indeed. 🙂

...all corrected with nothing more than a thought. He's slowed down time in a city-wide area. How much easier would it be to do that in a localized bubble around him? There's your reactions.

Time travel as easily as breathing? Check. Growing to mountain-size and simultaneously stripping a world-dominating telepath of his power? Check. Dimension hopping? Check. BFR'ing herald types (Apollo, for example) to different dimensions? Check. Freezing Mr. Majestic (High Herald) in place while sipping a Coke? Check. High level matter manip? Check.

We'd also have to include other Doctors, like the evil one who trashed dozens of heroes and the whole Authority simultaneously...until he acheived Enlightenment and couldn't harm them any more.

No, I realize he has had some bad CIS showings. But this list is based on power in all its forms. He's where he belongs.

Hey let's compare who Glads has to compare to.

Silver Surfer, Thor, Adam Warlock those are high standards. I mean who does Superman have to compare to Martian Manhunter thats like comparing ants to gods 😛

Hey being a broke man's version of xmeat means who don't suck that bad while being the poor man's Juntai means your not that good.

I would rather not suck then not be good 😛

And I'll give my vote to Doom moving up.

Gladiator: Colossus, Cannonball, Hulk, Gambit, etc.

Superman: Kyle, Hal, Orion, J'onn, Cap Marvel, Flash, Despero... Darkseid 😖hifty: etc.

Juntai>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>xmeat 👆

Kyle, Hal, Despero, Darkseid>>>>>>>>>>Thor, Surfer, AW.

And Glads never beats them anyways. Heck, even Masterson Thor punked Kallark. I feel bad for him sometimes. 🙁 What a loser!

By the way: Dominus! 😄

You would bring in Dominus you would 😛

Anyways the more I think about it the more I think maybe Gladiator needs to go down a tier.

why is Hulk in low tier herald? 😕 Pitt is in high mid tier, he should be higher.

Also, Gladiator has two well known major weaknesses. His confidence, and his radiation weakness. The Hulk's gamma radiation hurts him, and everyone on earth knows about both his weaknesses. Definitely 2nd that vote. Glads isn't mid tier, he's low tier herald.

Prove Hulk's gamma radiation hurts Gladiator. Banner smashed his ass, pure and simple.

And hardly anyone knows about Gladiator's weakness to radiation.

Close to Superman indeed. 🙂

And when the Superman of that time in DC comics fought Hulk in a noncanon crossover, he said it took everything outta him.

Professor Hulk was an extremely strong character, and had a mean streak as well.

Lets not do this Batsy.

The Gambit cards i'll give you, and he stalemated colossus in his original showings iirc.

I don't hold the fact that Superman couldn't fly originally against him, do i?

And wasn't Superman layed out by a kid in JLA, Pain of the Gods?

Everybody has low showings batsy.

Gladiator has been established as a powerful character since then. And note, i never said Superman wasn't more powerful.

What i did say, is that Superman wouldn't look leagues above if they ever met.

Going to agree here with Batdude. He's basically a flying Colossus/Thing with some wannabe heat vision. He couldn't even beat Hulk and a lightning bolt from Thor stopped him real quick. How many lightning bolts did Superman take from Shazam? Pfft.

Gladiator to High Mid. 👆

He can still shatter planets and move 100 times the speed of light. And he seemed to fair better in the fight with Tyrant then the other people save the possible exception of Silver Surfer.

Still I think maybe moving him down to Low-Herald could be a good idea.

How many punches from Blaze did it take to down Shazam?

He's not a big power player newayz.

I'd say Low to mid herald level is fine for Kallarek.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Shazam's lightning is weaker than Living Lightning. What a pathetic, bitchmade attempt to downplay Shazam. 😂 crylaugh

High Mid for Kallark.

High Mid for Kallark.

Low-Herald for Kallark

😠

Kallark is clearly not in the same ballpark as Hulk.
