Once enough votes are gathered and a motion seems to be vetoed, we can eliminate it. Terrax, for example, is 6-3 in favor of "nay". Even if it evens itself out, we still need a general consensus. So it's pretty much defeated at this point. Similarly, if it were the other way around, we'd be about what we need to make the switch.
But as always, good job keeping track of votes.
And I'll vote for Ravenous to Low (so "for"😉. He never really showed me anything, and is a limited character.

Brought an entire army with him to face down Terrax and Air Walker. Terrax and Air Walker for petes sake. Barely got the better of a weakened Firelord. Tooled by Surfer twice.
It's made pretty obvious he isn't on par with a Galactus herald despite his boasting. He's durable which is the only thing I see from him that's herald level.

Also, I don't really agree with Kurse going there, and the against votes don't describe where to go, so should there be another vote that would put Kurse at mid or something (which should happen to Rav as well)?

It's times like this I really wish I had a scanner, because I have pretty much all of Kurse's showings, and there's nothing really to support him being put at any lower than High or at least Mid Herald.
I mean, the guy was trashing half of Asgard trying to get to Baldr like they weren't even there...

Actually...now that I look at all who's in the "Mid Herald" tier, I suppose that's actually a good spot for him. Being along side Morg, Lobo, etc sits right with me.
Go ahead and change my vote to "Mid" for now.
