False comparison.

Drax was specifically engineered to kill Thanos. Orion was merely foretold to kill Darkseid.

Orion wasn't radiating 'Seid-kryptonite the way Drax was.

I'd, honestly, probably support that. Some of Darkseid's feats are incredible, but as far as overall formidability goes, he's clearly not out of reach of the elite top tiers.

Keeping him in transcendent because of some great feats would be like arguing that the Surfer, half the Green Lanterns, and the Flash all belong in transcendent as well, even though their overall formidability is clearly high herald.

DS fought Superman, Jimmy AND Orion in succession.

A 'true' transcendent character - Tyrant - took down half the heralds(including the Silver Surfer), Gladiator, Beta Ray, Jack of Hearts, Ganymede, and then proceeded to stalemate a powered up Thanos.

Well, Jimmy had the power of all the New Gods.... so that's kinda like Darkseid taking Superman, then about ten thousand top tier characters... then Orion.

So if you look at it that, it's alot more impressive than Tyrant's feat.

Most felt Superman came off looking the superior in their recent encounter, but - hell, at best Darkseid stalemated a top tier and was later killed by another.

Doesn't sound very transcendent to me.

and before that he beat Jimmy Olsen easily who had the entire powers of all the New Gods. Also FYI, where did this whole thing with me saying DS is and isn't transcendent come from? As I'm pretty sure I said neither of the case, as I really don't care either way.

Lulz at the sh*tstorm I raised. Anyway, I ruled a long time ago that DS was to be left off the list entirely due to the level of controversy he seems to stir. The ruling stands, so I enjoy the chatter but please understand that's all it is.
