Could have been both as noted she never stays in the same form for long, "to many god faces" emplying there was just to much to digest. So the more the merrier is not a belief Demo follows.

Spawn's been discussed a few times. He is left off of the list due to the absurd number of iterations and the confusion it causes. I know you know him well Takion, and kudos for that. But it's too much to list in the tiers without confusing anyone who doesn't know him already.

Actually Violator has resisted againest terrible Mindrapres and hellblasts from Spawn. Also he has defeated Spawn continously and just him being somewhere makes people in a building want to explore there creative murdering/suicide habits, and recently totally destroyed Spawn and was about to unleash his brothers among Earth until the soul of the host he was controlling took over.

Also to note, Malebogia is a beast in hell and Mammon couldn't take out his plans successfully without Malebogia being killed. This also leads me to say Violator is Malebogis most favorite herald (Among others are Violators brothers.)

The former Spawn that the Violator killed have no showings. Resisting mindrapes and hellblasts? That's really impressive and all but it still wouldn't put him anywhere above a high meta/low herald.

High Heralds can take out planets :/

In fact it seems Takion has confused rank (being sort of herald of Malebodgia) with power ranking.

Also Guardian (Micheal Pointer) for mid or high herald especially since what happened in MCP #12. Holy now that's versatility and it even showed he can call forth the Blob and Quicksilver's powers as well as thousands of other mutants.

Snowbird won't be placed at all. Alpha Flight characters are banned.

conner for mid street, mia for low, Roy for high street

sentry for mid herald, Barry for mid herald(putting jay and barry together doesn't make much sense imo)

We don't already have Barry? But yeah, mid seems right. Other votes?

As for the Toxin complaint, we can't move people based off of 1 other person in the power level.

Also, since it was brought to my attention from the tourney, anyone opposed to moving X-23 to low meta? She's currently in high street. Seems silly.

Mungi, it's going to be hard to argue for/against you unless other are following the same characters. Barring complaints about placements, let me know where you think certain characters should go (if you're torn, take the lower tier). I'll leave them up for consideration for a while, then put them on if there aren't complaints.

Barry was at low herald with Jay...I'd go as far to say put Jay at high meta, but meh....and Mia, Conner, and Roy are all the other archers in the GA family, in case it wasn't known, etc.

also...Hawkman needs to be higher than middle meta imo...
