Possibly. Others? High Meta sound right for Shaw?

Personally I would say mid meta, but admittedly I don't know the character well enough (so I would like to hear some arguments). Isn't Miss Marvel a superior character overall? She absorbs energy, she flies and is at least a 50 tonner.

Not sure though.

(Don't forget my Kang to low herald proposition)

Co-sign with Shaw to mid meta, he's basically a kinetic energy-absorbing brick, and not multi-type energy absorber like Carol (absorbed electricity a few times on occasion, though).

i'm not sure personally... but i'd say mid meta is a safe bet, sure...

For Cyclops to STAY on mid meta

For Shaw to Mid meta.

I don't see how Cyclops goes to high meta, where Havoc is given how Havoc's powers are just better.

Four votes for Shaw to mid-meta so far.

For Cyclops to stay at mid-meta. He more fits on a tier with Ms Marvel and Hellion (who both top notch mid metas).

Kang to low herald. Last time I went up to four agreeing, I think one against, and it fizzled.
