This whole line of questioning is worthless anyway because Palps was lying to Anikan just so he could turn him to the dark side. He only brought up bringing life from out of nothing so it would get Anikan to see that he needed Palp to save the one he loved, which Palps knew about him and Padme, so he could use this info to his advantage.

Palps doesn't lie a whole lot though... he kinda twists it a little bit and leaves a lot out. I don't think you'll find many lies in his words.
