Fans, wookieepedia members, wookieepedia staff, ect. It wasn't written by any one person in general, but was written by one person and edited dozens, maybe even hundreds of time until it is what it is today.

Vader has much higher mastery of precognition and thus would strike BEFORE koon strikes, koon dies and so will luke

Vader can also crush Dooku just before Dooku tries anything on him. It's the way of the force.

Right, then he could also Crush Sidious, Yoda, Mace, if he could Crush powerful Force users, why didn't he do it to Sidious, we know he wanted to overthrown him, why did he need Luke.

Actually, this is quite stupid. "Crushing powerful Force users" is different from crushing "more powerful Force users". In the case of Sidious and Yoda, especially, they are far more powerful in the Force than Vader. Thus, even if he could WTFpwn "powerful Force users" with his crush, the likelihood of him being able to do it to someone who is more powerful than him is considerably lessened. In fact, I'd dare call it "nonexistent".

Ya, as Vader is only 80% of Sidious, I don't think he is able to crush Sidious. If he can, why didn't he kill Sidious?

You were being sarcastic, but your reasoning ("if he could crush powerful Force users, he could do it to Sidious and Yoda"😉 is inaccurate and inept. Sidious and Yoda >> Dooku in Force powers. So, assuming that Vader could crush Dooku with the Force, he would still be unable to do so against Yoda or Sidious.

What i said powerful Force users, i included Sidious and Yoda and i don't think he could do it against Dooku.

Has Vader ever been shown to be able to crush a force user in the first place? Or is Kadesh and co still acting under the assumption that because Darth can do it to a lifeless (non force wielding) vehicle, that he can automatically beat poweful force users with it.
