Yes Republicans are hypocrites:

1) They are against Abortion, they would propose we force every young mother to give birth

2) Then they don't want the Mother recieving any help in raising her child. She is on her own.

Me 2....Unless the child is white....don't abort a white child ever. If the child is black, hispanic, jewish, or asian, then I'm fine with it.

Democrats suck only a little bit less than Republicans do

Yes...and thats where the money comes from. Hell, you could educate every child in America if we hadn't gone into Iraq.

As a citizen I have a responsibility to help others around me. I do this through philanthropy. I expect my govenrment to set up programs to help those in need.

My community will be better for it. The nation will be better for it.

That's something Boots would say, our KMC Nazi 😆

Thats because they magically "care" about it in the womb, but once its here they want it out of sight and out of mind. (even more ironically for some of the same reasons the mother wanted an abortion in the first place)

So, how about we make abortion totally illegal and follow that up with a law saying that chicks who get pregnant but aren't married or still in high school are taken to prison until they give birth. Then the child has to be put up for adoption, despite the possible wishes of the mother or father. But here's the kicker. Once the child is born, it gets adopted by a group home that begins indoctrinating them into the christian faith, and the tax payers can foot the bill for those homes too. Then, before too long, we'll have enough good christian Americans to keep us in troop fodder for a dozen illegal wars in teh middle east.

That sounds like a Great Idea ... 👆

It may also help reduce Homosexuality, and that would just be perfect. If only everyone were Straight White Anglo Saxon Protestants..that would be perfection

Well the majority rules. And the majority of people in this country(assuming) don't want to give up all their money in taxes to help people that just do this for themsevles.

If we are going to give money to start up daycare programs for teen mothers then do you agree we should start programs to pay for all heroin addicts to go to rehab? Pay for all prositutes to get help? Pay for everyone else in America that needs money?

I have the responsibility to give as much as I can out of my own free will. For the government to tax me to pay for all these would be crazy. I am all for people donating money to start up programs like this but if you are advocating that we are forced to pay for all this then that is just stupid.

Another govt puppet

Where does govt money come from?

Wake up, learn about what responsibility means, then post🙂

There are already government programs that are aimed towards people like that.

I find it a bit ironic that you have issues with your taxes going towards helping your fellow citizens, but you take zero issue with GW pissing away your tax dollars on a bogus war in the middle east.

[B]I want to say yes because if your grown enough to have kids, you should be grown enough to take care of them and should not be allowed such privileges as a day care center while your at school. Part of being a parent is making sacrifices, even if the sacrifice is school. Maybe it will teach a lesson to the up and coming generations about making babies when your not ready. But then again...

I argee with you at this point but not on the other half!jm 🙂

I support people who deserve the help. Teens who get pregnent and want me to pay for their kids? Sorry, I don't support that.

C'mon, think about the kids, the parent doesn't deserve the luxury, but the kids do.

They didn't do anything wrong.

I do'nt either.JM

So you support those people whom you've deemed worthy of your tax dollars. Everyone thinks it should work that way. But you take no issue with your money going towards an illegal war; the reasons for which you were lied to about?

Majority does not rule. We live in a Republic. Its not up to the people to decide what they want to pay. We have a common stake in America, and anyone who tries to sever himself from his civic responsibility to his neighbors and communities is more damaging to our nation than any other force on earth.

There must be balance in the system..because we can't afford to pay for everything. However, this was never brought up. The only thing that I have heard is that the mother and child should be abandoned. Finding way other than daycare to help them is also acceptable, but no one argued that there was a better solution. It was simply argued that the solution was more like a "final solution" than an American one.

However, if a family is lifted out of poverty, thats one family that now contributes to the system and doesn't take any more from it. People complain about welfare, but present no solution to get people off it. Creating a degenerate class within American society is not an option. We are a better nation than that.

Also picking a fight, without something else to latch to you both seem rather dead in the water.
