Batman isn't better then Cable.....CAble has way more Experience...

the Dark Rider swere an army of THOUSANDS man,Apocalypse would collect the best warriors and use them in his army....Cable got through them without a scratch.

My bad,I assumed a bo staff was just a spear without the pointy bit.

just becuase cable has more experience does not make him better. Also I am not talking about as a h2h fighter, I am talking about with a sword. Batman is trained with a kitana and in many many forms of sword fighting. He has superior skills with a sword. That is the weapon batman was trained to wield it the weapon he is best with trained by his master who if I am not mistaken like ogun was a 1000 years old.

so now cable fought thousands with out a scratch? really this was stated on pannel? also apoc men were no better then hand ninjas. Though impressive it nothing that puts him in top 5 with sword play.

bo staff is wielded in a totaly different manner then a spear.

?dude....Batman never trained under some 1000 year old guy......nor does he use a Katana that often,hell GA would be the superior swordsmen.

I wasn't talking H2H either....well Cable IS better H2H then Batman but he is also a superior swordsmen..

Ra's al Ghul's is 500 years old my bad. So batman was trained by the master swordsmen ra's al ghul.

So whao said he has to use to often? He still uses it more then cable does. Also he was trained by one of the best swordsmen if not the best swordsmen in DC. He keeps up with his training. Does cable have that type of training with a sword?

That means nothing. There not wielded in the same fashion at all. That like sayign, becuase your skilled with a sword you are a skileld axe fighter. Theya re wielded in completely different ways.

Very untrue, Capt. VERY many bo-staff skills are included in the training of a spear. Someone who is very skilled with the spear can easily be formidable with a bo-staff.

formidable and a master is two completely different things. Yes he could fight with it and be effective, but he will not be one of the best in the world with it. The skill set is still different. Like I said it like and axe and a sword. Some of it is similar however there still completely different weapons.

There are many characters in marvel and DC who are masters of the BO staff and who would be superior due to that mastery.

now spear fighting cable would be one of the best along with ares and some others.

Comparing a staff and a spear with an axe and a sword....is innane.

A multitude of the skills included with spear training are, more or less, cross trained from the bo.

You won't find a damned sword-related-skill involved with training the axe.

actaully you do. Some sword moves and strikes are similar to axe fighting.

also spear and Bo staff are still extremely different one is blunt force the other is stabbing. If you are a master with one you are not a master with the other unless trained to be.

So to say a Bo master is a master witha spear would be inccorrect.
