Depends on the circumstances. Abomination is significantly more intelligent, and if that can be used to his advantage, then Abomination could find some way to end the fight, even though he could never destroy Cain. However, if you're talking about a simple brawl, then Juggernaut has strength, endurance and toughness over Abomination.

Abomination suppose to have Demi-godlike stamina and durability which going by this scale mean Demi-godlike stamina: able to sustain for weeks and Demi-godlike durability: able to withstand all injury short of a direct nuclear explosion. He would last awhile but would fall eventually
