I do not know. I do not have HIV, nor do I know anyone who is openly HIV-positive. However, the phenomena of HIV-positive men only choosing to have sex with HIV-positive partners is one of the reasons rates of HIV infection have stabilized among men who have sex with men.

Not sure how serious he was, but he has said that at one point he feared that he had been exposed to HIV, but wasn't going to bother getting tested because he didn't want to know because it would ruin his life/sex-life if he was "+" and was aware of it. Hopefully you're right.

There's no need for window dressing when there are people dying of hunger in Africa! There's no need for window dressing when there's a 70 year old woman sitting in her home and watching his broadcast, expecting her participation in it to heal her, and getting nothing back from her investment.
