Read rules at first of thread no superspeed. My idea of toe to toe is a pure fight a contest of strength durability stamina and maybe skill. Speed is no issue the first one to drop first is the loser.

Supes gets him in a full nelson and flies ..straite up! For a long time.
Supes goes for a lightning fast double eye gouge at the 'go'.
Supes just takes a little run up and launches him out of the arena with a solid left.

Supes hovers at 30 ft and makes silly faces with his thumbs in his ears..
