Call it play fighting if you will, but he has always fought like that.

I'm not the one saying he was play-fighting. The comic itself said that.

He was TRYING to kill Surfer. He wasn't trying to kill Gamora, or else he could have tossed out city-busting blasts that were so big she couldn't avoid them.

He's not fighting the way he was with Odin, He's not tossing out Odin-staggering blows against Gamora.

Again, the comic itself said he was intentionally fighting easy.

What the Comic said was that he intended to end the fight quickly and easily. Then Gamora basically punked him by avoiding all his blasts and hits. Then she claimed to be better, basically.

It was fairly PIS-ish

No, I only have all of Thanos's comics, and all the good Infinity War tie-ins.

He faked the nerve pinch thing, don't remember him faking getting hurt.

Especially since he has never really been that hurt in his career...

Did he also fake getting blood kicked out his mouth?

Unless you're referring to Adam's:
"Are you two through playing around" remark? Because that basically tells nothing.
Since, he was also talking about them trying to kill each other, and the scan I posted earlier.

Trying to kill her, or not, he still couldn't hit her. Which automatically makes him slower than Wolverine (because Wolverine was able to match sword to claws), Ronan, Thor, etc.
Which doesn't exactly sound right...

Oh, could this be because he actually was hitting Odin?
Also, all he did to Odin was get him blocking one attack.

No, but I "honestly" think that that feat is mighty bullshit.
I'm just showing what Gamora did to him, and why it is bullshit (in which you already provided an answer).

Also, I think she could beat everyone in this basically, maybe not at the same time, but one-on-one, she could.
