Halle's had a shot with two comic characters, and failed both times. I wouldn't dare give her another one.

Hey they can just retcon it, DC is famous for doing that kind of stuff. All the same it wasn't Halle Berry's acting that was suspect, but more the directors ability to direct a decent comic movie. Halle berry would be perfect for the part if the direction was done well. Even Pacino failed when the direction was poor.

Going by acting ability and the right look... Jessica Alba should have never been the Invisible Woman, Jennifer Aniston should have been.

Jessica Alba however would be the perfect Wonder Woman, and she looks the part perfectly and has the right amount of ethnicity in her genes to pull it off... Diana is greek, and should be played by someone as exotic looking as Jessica Alba.
