Her telepathy > Maxima, IMO, so she can just mindrape...

Maxima a deus ex machina character. Like J'onn. Except possibly better.

She possess's a mix of Superman's, Martian Manhunter, Jean Grey, and Sersi.

Cassie's TP may be better...but Maxima's is powerful enough to mind control entire worlds...so she can at the very least resist long enough for her to simply rip Nova in twain with her super-strength that's enough to give Superman trouble...

Nova has quite the ridiculous healing factor. I'd go for BFR.
