I think it's fairly obvious at this point, but I'll give my two cents. If Spawn has any freaking clue about how to use his powers, J'onn's ****ed. ❌

He's virtually unkillable, magic powered, and he uses his shapeshifting more offensively than J'onn. Spawn is a legitimate herald leveler.

J'onn has one chance. Evade Spawn and force him to burn his power reserves. Spawn normally uses as little power as possible.

But if he's going all out and not caring about his count, then J'onn's ****ed. 😛

Spawn. 1 of MM weaknesses is fire and Spawn im sure can make fire. plus MM cant hurt him unless he uses a weapon made in heaven.

Spawn has almost limitless abilities. Even first-Age Spawn with the experience of Simmons Spawn is enough to put a hell of a fight.

Current Spawn though...
