Speedfreek was in other tourneys. I guess those rules changed tho.

The 10 appearance minimum is new and I don't think he's got that many.

no, i'm pretty sure he does NOT have 10 -- unless he's been in a recent arc. 😬

that 10 rule minimum hurts, i gotta tell ya. there were a couple very SWEET picks i wanted who didn't reach the 10. 🙁
