Superman of course. He has both the speed and power to stop Thanos.

Thor is possible though. I would be cheesy as hell with him though.

Hit Thanos repeatedly with lightning, have him spinned around by a tornado while throwing the hammer at him, energy projection from the hammer, slam him into the ground repeatedly, hit him with hammer, blitz him with punches, hand baseball swing, and then finishing him with a baseball swing using the hammer.
