You know, I'll be honest, this thread brings up two things I've never been able to understand. Why there is this mindset that if a guy thinks another guy is good-looking he must have homosexual tendencies, and why there are people who will freak out if someone of the same gender hits on them.
I mean seriously, for the second thing there, just accept it as the compliment it is, say you're not interested, and get on with your life. It's not the end of the world.

No one is saying you want to ram a guy, but i've seen guys who make friends with hot guys just to hang out. There is degrees of it. There are gay guys who don't like anal sex and just like to make out. You can't take it to such an extreme.
i didnt mean to. im just as curious as this thread creator because its a good question. i aint gay but this is what my friend killed himself over........ the guy was 22 and hung himself because he had thoughts on if homosexuality is genetic cause his brother is gay. once his brother told him he just started wigging out. the guy has 2 kids and a wife.

Me and my friends were talking one night and came to the subject of gay thoughts. One of my female friends said that a few years ago she and an ex-bf of hers were walking somewhere and a, and I quote, "Fine ass mutha ****a!" wlaked by. She said that her at-that-time bf looked at the guy and then back at her and told her to just look at him. This lead us to talk about how guys think about how another guy is good looking but they just don't want to say anything about it out loud. It's been proven with science that when a young boy first starts to jack off he is thinking about a guy almost half of the time. So I want to know what y'all think.
When I was a young boy I never thought about guys when I yanked my sausage. Where did you obtain your info from?

Well no offense but that guy was obviously troubled. And that aslo happens to allot of kids that parents send to these religous camps to be "cured".
I do believe that homosexuality is something your born with, but I also believe there are degrees of homosexuality. It can be as simple as just wanting to hang out with an attractive guy and nothing more. Or just make out, or have sex or a relationship. It's runs the gammut from one to the other and you can't label it with an extreme.

i just believe that people are born what to be. i dont see no layers on the subject. my attitude is if i get aroused around a female when she is near my wood than ok theres the answer. every straight man will admit that when a female is doing the booty shake by that area they get aroused.
i think that homosexuality is not necessarily something one is born with, although this may be true for some cases. It could be something which you begin to experience as you get older. I mean, there is someone i met once who was straight as a plank until they met a gay person who they fell in love with.
Can we ask any gay people on the forum for their views?
P.S. How long before the term 'gay' becomes un-PC?

If homosexuality is soemthing your born with it my lay dormant in some people until peubrity or some other genetic trigger. If it is a factor of DNA we don't know what glands it's attached to or how it works.
of course there is that possibility. there is also the possibility that some people do it purely to be different. there are those who feel the need.

😂 no one would choose to be the target of predjudice or hatred. The idea that homosexuality is "acting out" is not only wrong but small minded. You could say the same thing about people who are straight.
exactly. why would people choose to be a target for hate? like i said before you are what your born to be.

people sometimes want attention, whether it is good or bad. the closest thing i can compare it to (although it is not the same) is when a child is not getting enough attention from a parent, and so miss behaves or breaks things at school or in the home. I know it is not the same thing, but it is similar.

As much as being straight is acting out as well?

no, not really.
Although being gay is supposed to be considered to be perfectly normal by the masses, the majority of people still reject it. Thus, some people seek it out to gain attention. Any form of attention would do them, some just choose to be gay. I know that some people genuinely are gay, and im not call them attention seekers, but there are a few (a MAJOR minority) who are.
