Would that matter? Are you saying a person can only be outraged at prejudice if they themselves are the target?
I'll have you know that in my senior year of high school, I protested for one of my male friends to be able to bring his boyfriend to the prom. I went the whole nine yards and made a petition, signs, almost spoke to the mayor, and did a little dirt digging. He was able to bring his bf. After that, I was called a crusader. I also got hot sauce back in the school, but that's another story.
Gay people are hated and prejudiced against all over, they are rediculed and mocked and treated like dirt. No one would choose to be treated like that, in fact some homosexuals actually hide who they are and pretend to be straight just to be accepted. Their have been cases in Ontario of suicides by Gay people who were scared it was going to come out. No one chooses to be gay and go through this.
I agree that they don't choose to go through that kind of stuff. But you have to admit that when you make a choice you have to live with for the rest of your life, there are going to be conciquenses. Regardless if they're wrong or right. But I'll pick up this convo later because I have to go to work in like 6 and a half hours.
Peace.

You know, I'll be honest, this thread brings up two things I've never been able to understand. Why there is this mindset that if a guy thinks another guy is good-looking he must have homosexual tendencies, and why there are people who will freak out if someone of the same gender hits on them.I mean seriously, for the second thing there, just accept it as the compliment it is, say you're not interested, and get on with your life. It's not the end of the world.
Bingo. 😉

No one is saying you want to ram a guy, but i've seen guys who make friends with hot guys just to hang out. There is degrees of it. There are gay guys who don't like anal sex and just like to make out. You can't take it to such an extreme.
That is true. I had a straight freind that i used to make out with, he swore he wasn't gay, because he would never have sex with another guy, but he liked to kiss other guys and flirt...go figure.
But there are also Gay guys who like to make out with girls, they just don't want to have sex with them. Take Davis from the Real World on MTV for example. He makes out with Brooke all the time....he isn't attracted to her though.

Indeed, I sometimes think of other men as good-looking but I know that I cannot say such things- why women can comment on other women? Unfair!

Me and my friends were talking one night and came to the subject of gay thoughts. One of my female friends said that a few years ago she and an ex-bf of hers were walking somewhere and a, and I quote, "Fine ass mutha ****a!" wlaked by. She said that her at-that-time bf looked at the guy and then back at her and told her to just look at him. This lead us to talk about how guys think about how another guy is good looking but they just don't want to say anything about it out loud. It's been proven with science that when a young boy first starts to jack off he is thinking about a guy almost half of the time. So I want to know what y'all think.
Never fall asleep around your friend.
You will wake up with a sore...and possibly wet, butt.
