Thor can easily stomp the Hulk so long as he keeps away from a physical confrontation. If he just tries to beat on the Hulk, he'll lose 10/10, but if he uses his Godly powers to the utmost, he'd beat the Hulk damn near 10/10.

I remember the good ol days when Storm would get so weakened after calling upon lightning that she would faint and fall from the sky.

Hulk beat them 10/10. Storm is in the air? No problemo! A solid rock in the ****in' face should do the thing. Not enough? Thunderclap. She's dead.
