Both were forced to revert to human form in which banner KO bo. If it had been the other way around there no proof to suggest that sentry would not have come back out.

I got no problem with the part where Hulk's rage went out of control when Rick died. I thought it was a gip, since I liked Rick, but I digress. His powers are tied to his rage. And that act pushed him into the kind of territory we talk about theoretically when we start threads with the 'Betty is dead' stipulation.
My problem WAS the crap writing and utter incompetence of Pak.

Hulk beat Sentry, what happened afterwards merely went to show how pitifully weak Sentry was in comparison to the powers Hulk can output.

I have watched with both much interest and almost dismay in last 48 hours some of the hysteria involving the hulk/sentry clash i have seen claim and counter claim and insults hurled from hulk fan boys to hulk haters and fortunately a few level headed posters as well and thought i would throw in my own opinion based on both reading the comic and reading pak's own interview today.I already know my opinion is not going to change either the totally biased views of certain individuals but let me clarify this i like the hulk,i like thor and silver surfer and doctor strange all characters who were to me the original marvel power houses each in their own right and to be honest i didn't like sentry much at first although he has grown on me.My view on the fight is in agrrement with pak himself i would call it a stalemate overall first we see this quote straight from pak himself when he is asked what sentry means when he says "Goodbye old friend" it is the Sentry's way of saying that he figures they're both going to die now that he's unleashed his power so completely. Bob and Bruce appear because these two megaheavyweights have pounded each other so hard and so long that they've forced each other to revert to their respective puny human forms".that is straight from pak's mouth so hulk does seem to have a limit when he will revert back to banner(i.e he can become so exhausted he can no longer maintain hulk form and this applies to the strongest version of the hulk ever.As for judging who was winner of fight it depends how you look at it as the hulk is clearly in trouble early on in fight and the warbound have to help him out when he is on his knees after a vicious sentry attack,could he have surived if he had carried on we will never know,at end hulk and sentry stalemated each other after a ferocious fight and just on their mutual transformation bruce happened to land punch which caught on chin and ko'd bob when we all know that the hulk had landed punch after punch which never came close to achieving this .I think the fight was a draw i think hulk haters will claim hulk might not have lasted if war bound had not saved him early on and i think hulk lfan boys will claim hulk won and i think debate will go on and on and on,however if pak who does truely love the hulk as a character as much as the maestro or hulk rules all:-)did not show hulk scoring a clean win over sentry then no other marvel writer would either and if jenkins had been writing it we know he says sentry would win.I think pak has shown 3 things 1)the hulk does have a limit where he can become too exhausted to maintain hulk form 2) the sentry is extremely powerful but there is no way he is as powerful as he was originally supposed to be as let's be honest if he really had power of a million exploding suns then the whole earth would have been reduced to cinders in few seconds of him releasing this energy,i say he is not above current thor or silver surfer on this showing and 3) if hulk is powered down to pre world war hulk levels this would place sentry above him but not by much,but as i said i know from reading the hysteria of other posts some people are still going to see only what they want to see so let the squabbles continue

This may be true.But again badaing does it seem odd that it took sentry more pannels to get to hulk who was at best two miles away then it took sentry to get to the sun.
