I think it really depends on how well Shadowcat acts. She if they ganged up, she should be able to give Hulk some real trouble by phasing her team-mates at the right time. When she tires, Xavier could just take over her body like he did with Multiple man.

Yeah, she also studied Bullseye a lot and uses some of his fighting style as well. When she first fought and beat Daredevil I believe a couple of kids mentioned how they saw some of her moves in "rumble in the bronx"

reading daredevil 11 right now. she's got more than just jackie chan. some other tapes she has are best of jet li, bruce lee volume 4, and clerks. mack and/or quesada loved making kevin smith references, it seems. go figure, matt and echo went to see mallrats on their date. she also, seemingly, only studied a handful of news footage of daredevil and bullseye fighting. the kids specifically reference rumble in the bronx and drunken master III.

It's the lame Juggs though in the book he asked Cyttorak to lead him to Hulk but he didn't get his powers back.

There's just no way he can kill him. He can always throw him away and let the plot prevent him from getting back in a reasonable amount of time.

Darwin can force his adaptations though...flight, super strength, extremely sharp skin etc. Not sure if BFR would work.
