Actually there have been instances where people tried that on Superman and it failed. They wern't on par with Flash, but neither is Speed.
Heck Superman's bio-aura protected him from holding a black hole.

Also Match ISN'T Superman , we also have to take into account that Supes is a flagship character. Thus vibration attacks (which usually KILL their enemies) would be ineffective.

Few years back, a villian in a dark green-yellow costume, bald head tried it and failed. I will see if I can dig up the scans.
Match is Superboy, a clone of the superpowered Superboy, who still has superior strength, tactile tk, superior speed to basically everyone in YA.

Once again we don't know the level of skill the vibration attack is, doing it on humans is a LOT different than Match, who has super speed himself, and super strength, etc.

Yes but the slight difference is that Vision has a time machine BULT IN. Plus i'm pretty sure he should have all the normal abilities of Kang's armour (Thus he could summon three or four mini nuke-warheads from the future...)
