Yeah, Peterson was awesome in college, a blend of power and speed and natural ability... If he can carry that into the NFL, and cut down on downtime due to injurt, he'll be a force for a long time. Granted, imo, some people are just injurt prone, but I really don't think AP is one of them, rather he just got into bad positions a couple times.. could happen to anyone.

Yeah, I think his injury concerns are being overblown. The collar bone one in particularly was a freak injury.

AD was my fave college player so I really hope he lights it up wherever he lands.

The samething that thw writer were thinking when Superman one-shotted Thor.

It will be good for laughs 😛

How exactly did he one-shot Thor when they were fighting and exchanging blows in a couple of panels, and Superman was on the ground when he delivered the final blow?

Next thing you know Doomsday one-shotted Supes.

Really all depends on the system he falls into. I'm hoping his stock has actually dropped and he moves down the list to a greater team. However, I see him going in the top 7 if not the top 5.

Ideally he would drop all the way down to 31. ermmhappy

Sanders is/was far better than Bush. I'm not sure theres a ever been a player to come out of college with as much unwarranted hype as Bush. The guy drew comparisons to Marshall Faulk, Barry Sanders, and Eric Dickerson in the same sentence. ermmnone

I completely agree, I just felt the need to change the discussion.

Who do you believe will be more successful between Chris Rainey and Joe Mcknight?

Joe Mcknight: 6'0" 190, USC commit

Agreed, however I do believe that Rainey was the better high school player. In my honest opinion he was highly underrated.

Nellie needs to get more respect. and if we beat the mavs in 4, he'll get it.

It's football talk now...

But it's basketball playoffs. 😛

I didn't see enough of each to really judge. All I know is a 160lb tailback is going to get eaten alive.

What!!!!???? Thor has had trouble with Mongoose!!!! F'N Mongoose took him to school with his speed.

Gladiator KO'd Thor with a speedblitz. ermm

Then again, Darkone thinks Sersi can speedblitz Wonder Woman...

All I've seen of them is their junior and senior highlight tapes but being a high school football player myself I must say I was more impressed with Chris Rainey. He was faster, quicker, had better balance and vision, and was all around more explosive.

He'll get bigger, especially with the eating habits and weight programs their put on when they get to College. One thing you'll notice in his highlight tape is that he plays bigger than his size. He isn't afraid to hit and he bounces and runs through a lot of tackles.

We all know Thor, like a lot of characters is inconsistently written.

I'll have to check out more footage but I have to say, I do favor the power running style versus the more finesse style of running. That fact that he runs a 4.4 40 should help him develop well. If he puts on 20lbs and maintains his speed, look out.

And Newjak, I forgot about Dunn. Most unappreciated back in the NFL.

For some reason I favor the more finesse, quick running style. It may be because thats what I'm at but who knows.

It says 4.4, but scouts has him at a 4.37 either is impressive. I can't wait to see how both fit in at their schools. Florida has a big chance to repeat in football.

It's funny that I say that considering Barry Sanders IS my fave tailback ever. Just something about seeing a defender get totally ran over is awesome to me. Ever seen some Earl Campbell footage? Guy was a monster.

I hope not. Florida is having too much success for my taste. ermmnone

I love Barry Sanders, Reggie Bush, and although Ive only seen a small bit of footage, I love Earl Campbell. I just love the elusiveness.

I love the SEC. I'm pleased with any team that makes it to the national championship out of that conference.

Oh yeah. This summer I'll be transferring to Southlake Carroll in Texas. You should go read up on them and tell me what you think.

Go to the bottom of this page and watch Tre Newton's highlight tape. Tell me what you think.
