Electricity won't have any effect on Wonder Woman any more than a black hole or the surface of the sun did....
She regularly faces a villain who hits her with electrical attacks from a villain called Circe, she regularly faces a villain called Dr. Cyber who possesses a wide range of electrical attacks...which have absolutely no effect on her.
There's absolutely nothing Storm can do against her.
Hell all she has to do for an easy battle is throw her tiara and Storm's head will roll around the ground.
Or she can summon the Invisible Jet to do her work for her.

The plane isn't part of her superspeed. It's basically a mix of Green Lantern's Ring and Invisible Woman's forceshields. However the distinct difference is that it is utterly indetectable by technological or even magical means. Even Superman's sense couldn't detect the Invisible Plane nor could Kyle Rayner's ring successfully probe the ring since it was invisible in every definition of the word. It can be become as small as disc to the size of a floating fortress. It's best feat was covering half o of the moon. It also possesses the ability to transverse dimensions and possesses access to WW's artillery.
Which isn't even necessary. It's just one of the very, very, very many ways Diana can kill Storm.
