Hyperion was later felled by lighting and then owned (in turn) by Thor.
You do know that he was at 50% of his power when this happened right.
That's not many feats, it basically all happened in one fight (which isn't that impressive as it's against the lesser experienced/less powerful Ultimate counterparts)
From reeds own mouth jonny power is still supernova, hell even jonny said it when he was blasting hyperion.
Of course he was surprised at feeling pain, there hadn't been a being who could hurt him until Dr Spectrum appeared.

Thats sad that a weakness had to be created to stop a powerhouse of his caliber.
