Nina is just a pretty face. She sucks at pretty much everything. She could not assassinate Kazuya. The same goes for Jin Kazama. She has done absolutely nothing in the tekken canon other than constantly fight Anna.

On the other hand Hayate is faster, has a long range ki-based attack, and has teleportation.

IMO this is one-sided.

It is one sided. At least when Hayate is on his game, he's at Hayabusa's level. Nina doesn't have anything going for her. Although it was cool when she exploded that guy's heart.
