can Magneto prevent Superman absorbing energy from the Sun?
would his shields hold up to heatvision, superman punches, etc or say being bfr'd by having the whole ground torn up from underneath him and tossed into space.

Wonder Woman would be too much of a challenge for Magneto, imo... so Wonder Woman and Superman (regardless of their speed restrictions) would be waaaay overkill.

I think this is pretty much fair fight. Each of the four is a powerhouse with just different powers.

You can't just bring up Doctor Poloris in every single JLA fight.

Using ABC logic like that doesn't work, especially when the JLA is practically unstoppable, and characters like DP are needed for an issue or two just to have something to write about.

Equivalent of saying Thanos loses every fight, because Squirrel Girl > Thanos.

That fight was kind of DC'c homage to Magneto.

No throwing into the sun/space, no black holes.

Team One wins....Jean or Magneto would die from a full powered punch by either one of the DC characters.
