I think either Cable or wolverine cold take out wildchild rather easily. when VS logan he is really just a weaker sabertooth in that brawl, and against cable from what iv seen im sure he could handle him rather easily.
which woud mean it would be x-23 VS cable & wolverine no matter who starts off with who and she wont win that.

No not at all, even in the past Wolverine never took him out rather easily, however with Wild Child recent apperance he took Wolverine out rather easily.

Wolverine #53 [Vol.3]: Wolverine [Wild Child]
A newly upgraded Wild Child storms into Wakanda's palace and kidnapps Sabertooth. Wolverine follows the trail, and severly and I mean severly gets owned by Wild Child. His claws were poisoned and knocked Wolverine out for 2 days. Wolverine admited he was faster, and basically did nothing to Wild Child. I have no idea what happened to Wild Child, but wow.

ya wolverine not taking wild child easily though he take him the majority unless he really been up graded a lot. We will have to wait and see. actaully wolverien has beaten wild child easily before but that was in the past. he ebat wild child in like 3 pannels before and had wild child wanting to piss his pants lol. Though that was before weapon omega.

Yep, ideally Wolverine should take majority over any version pending more information revealed on this "new" Wild Child. Still confused on as even Feral and Thornn were listed as depowered and shown previously as humans prior to this issue. I know what your talking about, the appearance when he teamed up with Guardian and they both took on Gamma Flight. Also yeah pre upgrade so got no problem with it, basically at that time he was a kid with sharp claws and partially insane.

I don't know as Loeb has done some questionable things such as in Wolverine #52 Wolverine cut off Sabertooth's hand. Except thanks to Weapon X his skelton is coated with adamintium....so errrr? Might have been retconned thanks to House of M though.

From what we know...no. It was said they are not directly related ie. father or son. They still could be cousins, nephews, or half-brothers, which if Sabertooth is Dog from Origins (Not confirmed) then they could be propable half-brothers.
It's also unconfirmed, but highly likely Wolverine's mother cheated on her husband with Thomas Logan as he was a spitting image of Wolverine. So two big if's need to be confirmed and they could potentially be half-brothers.
